2009/06/16, 07. Arriva Trains Wales No. 158 825 sets off from platform 4 at Shrewsbury and takes the Hereford line, eventually bound for Cardiff. 13:29, Tuesday 16th June 2009. The clock on the tower of Shrewsbury Abbey seems to be about 5 minutes slow!Previous | Next2009/06/16, 09. The starting signals at the south end of platform 7 at Shrewsbury are delightful GWR lower quadrants with short arms combined with spectacle plates - each arm is different! These are Severn Bridge Junction signalbox's signals No. 11, the box itself beyond the signals.
