Germany. 1970/05/09, 1. Bahnbetriebswerk Ulm on Saturday 9th May 1970 was host to a considerable number of steam locos, most of them Class 50 2-10-0s but also the odd Class 03 Pacific. Quite what the vehicle on the far right is I'm not sure! Thanks to several people for identifying this as a "Klima Schneepflug", named after Rudolf Klima, the Austrian engineer who devised these snowploughs in the 1940s. They were converted from old steam loco tenders, this one most probably an old Prussian P8 bogie tender.
