1958/08/02, 1. From the Geoff Plumb collection of original slides - how things used to be on the Cambrian... GWR "Dukedog" 4-4-0 No. 9013 and "2251" Class 0-6-0 No. 2280 arrive light engines at Barmouth, having arrived earlier with a train from Pwlheli. They have been across Barmouth Viaduct to Morfa Mawddach to turn on the trianglular junction and now return to work a train back to Pwllheli. Saturday 2nd August 1958. Photo by D. E. White.
