Germany. 1970/05/06, 01. After I was given permission to take photographs at Tübingen locomotive depot, these two Prussian P8 4-6-0's made a lovely subject for my camera. Tübingen depot was unusual in Germany as it was a straight shed, most depots being roundhouses, so these engines are stabled on parallel roads. Several P8's were still active in this area and some, as here, were well looked-after. Wednesday 6th May 1970.Previous | NextGermany. 1970/05/06, 03.
