1963/09/21, 17. This was a pretty rare beast! Bagnall 2-4-0F Fireless No. 2216/1924 "Unique" shunts some wagons at Kemsley Mill on the Bowaters Paper Mills 2'6" gauge system in north Kent on the incredibly dull afternoon of Saturday 21st September 1963. The engine still survives but is not operational on the Sittingbourne & Kemsley Light Railway.
